"I absolutely love this location! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Every time I visit, I see Ramon in the kitchen — he consistently cooks the best orange chicken I’ve ever had. I’m genuinely impressed every time. On top of that, he’s hilarious and always brings great energy. Highly recommend!"

The restaurant was bustling with a long line of walk-in customers and numerous DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers waiting near the cashier for takeout orders. This congestion led to an overwhelming atmosphere for in-restaurant diners, creating some discomfort. While the high demand speaks volumes about the popularity of Panda Express, it also exposed gaps in operational efficiency and staff training. The lack of proactive organization among workers contributed to delays and a sense of disorder at the counter. It’s clear that management needs to prioritize better staffing strategies, especially during peak times. A dedicated team to handle online orders separately from walk-in customers could streamline operations and improve the experience for everyone. Additionally, experienced leadership is needed to instill a sense of urgency and organization among the staff, ensuring smoother workflow and enhanced customer satisfaction. Ultimately, while the food and staff deliver on taste and hospitality, the brand could greatly benefit from operational improvements to match its excellent culinary reputation."

"The food is good but they don't have many vegan options, only sides. The service is more than five stars.They took out of their way to check the freezer to show me the ingredients. They all deserve a raise They also mentioned that the one in Plantation have plant-based options."

"Off reviews alone I wasn't sure to go here but I was hungry and had the munchies so I decided I'll find out for myself. Well I got there first in driver thru and sat for a few mins with no answer back so I just went in and ordered. Was annoyed for a bit but I wasn't there for the service. I was there for food. I go in and the manager made it right when I asked about it. Payed for my food, went home, and now I'm eating and I have to say after looking at the reviews and seeing so many bland food comments. The food was actually not bad and I'm satisfied. I got the bourbon chicken and orange chicken and both are good, bourbon is better but both good. So I think they've had time to improve some or at least are aware and improving since opening. Hopefully over time they will continue to put in the effort going forward. Good stuff."

"I have ate here multiple times and always get the bigger plate. None of the associates ever mention that with the bigger plate you get two sides and 3 meats. The third meat being packaged in a cute box. Today Ariel mentioned it and it was my first time hearing of this since you have been opened. So thank you to him for being clear with the customer as well as patient and kind. The rest of the team probably doesn’t want to be bothered with packaging the cute little box but he does his job well. Thanks Ariel!"

"The quality here is amazing. Food and service. Came in 10 mins before closing and Kim offered to make me fresh Broccoli Beef herself, with a smile on her face as she put together the plate. Not to mention the Broccoli Beef was very fresh, seared perfectly, and very well seasoned. Service like that these days is very refreshing. Will be back just because of that quality of service alone."
